With more than 20 years in the real estate industry and property management, I bring a wealth of experience to every client interaction. I specialize in residential, land, commercial properties, and full-service property management throughout George, Greene, Perry, and surrounding counties — reaching from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to the Pine Belt.

My real estate journey began in 1999 as an office manager, and in 2023, I earned my real estate license to better serve clients firsthand. In 2024, I founded Amy Erkhart Realty, LLC with a mission to provide personalized, knowledgeable service that clients can trust.

Deeply rooted in the local community, I understand the unique needs of buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners in this area. Whether it’s marketing a commercial site, managing rental properties, or helping a family find their first home, I work tirelessly to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and being outdoors — a reflection of the same care and balance I strive to bring to my business.
